Purchasing goods from Japan can be a challenge because websites are in Japanese, many companies cannot communicate in English, don’t accept payments from abroad, or simply don’t ship overseas period.

From books, video games, digital cameras and toys to cosmetics, clothing, rice cookers and food, we can buy, collect and forward any items you need, to any destination around the globe.
How does it work?
1. Send us your request. Let us know what item you’d like to buy and the country where you’d like the item shipped.
2. We’ll send you a payment link which includes the product price, our handling fee ($10 + 12.5% per order), and any local tax and inbound shippings costs to our office, if applicable. Simply send us your payment to proceed.
3. Once you’ve submitted your payment, we’ll purchase and collect your item, package it for international shipping, and send you a second payment link with the available shipping options and rates. We only charge you the actual shipping costs; we don’t add any additional fees or mark-up the price. Once we receive your payment for the shipping, we will ship your package.
Unlike other buying services, there are no membership fees, complicated price schedules or any other hidden costs.

What information should I send with my request?
Please send us a link to the item you’d like us to buy for you, the country where you’d like us to ship the item, and any additional details such as size or color preferences if applicable. It can be helpful if you include your phone number with your order, especially if you are in a hurry.
Do you ship to my country?
Most likely, yes. We’ve shipped orders to 80 countries, so we can probably ship to you too; however, presently we are not shipping orders to Vietnam.
How can I pay? What payment methods are available?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards as well as payments by PayPal and money order. We can also handle payment by COD for orders inside Japan.
Can you help my business purchase goods from Japan too?
Yes. For businesses we can function as your branch office in Tokyo. We can purchase items on your company’s behalf and drop-ship them directly to your customers. We can even include your invoice or packing slip and your company name on the return address. We look forward receiving to your request.

White Rabbit Express was spun off from {link White Rabbit Press} in early 2005 and is operated by the White Rabbit Press order fulfillment team. White Rabbit Press publishes a series of flashcards for learning Japanese kana and kanji, a series of audio travel guides for Tokyo neighborhoods, and is a major exporter of Japanese language study products. Since 2004 our customers have asked us from time to time if we could purchase and ship something to them that they were having a hard time finding outside of Japan. Our buying service really took off once companies started having us handle their order fulfillment as well. Even people living in Japan use our buying service, such as executives with busy schedules and English teachers living in Japan’s countryside who simply don’t have easy access to large department stores, bookshops and electronics stores.
